Abstract:
Disclosed is a microwave ultraviolet waste gas treatment system, comprising a waste gas collection tank, a filtering treatment unit in communication with the waste gas collection tank, a circulation division pipeline in communication with the filtering treatment unit, a microwave ultraviolet treatment unit in communication with the circulation division pipeline, a gas outlet channel in communication with the microwave ultraviolet treatment unit, and a booster fan provided on the gas outlet channel. According to the present invention, the circulation division pipeline is designed to classify the waste gas having been subjected to filtration and adsorption; discharge is performed by means of a discharge area to form a high-voltage arc, such that solid particles in the waste gas are charged; subsequently, the waste gas passes through a separation area, two sides of the separation area are connected to a power supply, an electric field is formed between two electrode plates, the solid particles move under the effect of Coulomb force, and enter the filtering treatment unit again through a circulation connection channel so as to be subjected to filtration and adsorption treatment again, and at this moment, the waste gas without solid particles enters the microwave ultraviolet treatment unit through a gas inlet channel; such process is repeated and circulated until particles in the waste gas are completely filtered out.
