Abstract:
A microparticle-trapping device (100) provided with: a housing (110), which has a gas intake port and exhaust port and a flow channel therein for connecting the gas intake port and the exhaust port; a fan (141) that generates a gas flow in the flow channel and is capable of rotating around an axis R; a sprayer (120) for spraying a first liquid at a first site in the flow channel; a first filter (150) that is located between the first site and the exhaust port and is supported so as to be capable of rotating around the axis R; a power source (140) for rotating the first filter; a first trapping port (116) for trapping first liquid-covered microparticles contained in the first liquid from the flow channel via a second site in the first filter; and a second trapping port (117) for trapping second liquid-covered microparticles contained in the first liquid from the flow channel via a third site in the first filter. The second site is between the first site and the third site.
