A microorganism belonging to the genus $i(Psychrobacter) and producing docosahexaenoic acid; a liquid culture medium of this microorganism having a phospholipase A¿1? activity; a process for preparing a phospholipid being rich in docosahexaenoic acid by using the liquid culture medium; and a process for producing 2-acyllysophospholipid comprising hydrolyzing a phospholipid by using the liquid culture medium.
