Disclosed is a micronizing apparatus for hydrogel of a super absorbent polymer. The micronizing apparatus may comprise: a body having a transfer space to which hydrogel is transferred, and a discharge space for discharging the pulverized hydrogel, the transfer space and the discharge space being formed in the body; a first rotating shaft rotatably disposed in the transfer space and having at least one screw formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof to transfer the hydrogel along the longitudinal direction of the body; a hole plate fixedly mounted inside the body and having a plurality of through-holes formed therethrough; a cutter spaced apart from the hole plate by a predetermined gap and rotatably disposed inside the body to pulverize the hydrogel transferred by a screw; and a second rotating shaft rotatably disposed in the discharge space and connected to the cutter to rotate the cutter, wherein the rotation speed of the first rotating shaft and the rotation speed of the second rotating shaft may be independently controlled.
