Abstract:
A microhole drilling apparatus, comprising: a microhole drill rod (10), a drilling service pipe column (101), a drill bit (20), a main driving device and a rotary deflection control device, wherein a flow channel (11) is provided inside the microhole drill rod (10). The drilling service pipe column (101) is arranged in a main borehole and serves as an operation platform of the microhole drill rod (10), and the microhole drill rod (10) is accommodated in the drilling service pipe column (101) or arranged on a pipe wall of the drilling service pipe column (101). The drill bit (20) is arranged at the lower end of the microhole drill rod (10). The main driving device is connected to the microhole drill rod and is used for driving the microhole drill rod (10) to move or rotate along a longitudinal direction of a microhole. The rotary deflection control device comprises a lateral force mechanism (30) or a drill bit coaxial mechanism. The lateral force mechanism (30) or the drill bit coaxial mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the microhole drill rod (10). The rotary deflection control device can change the deflection performance of a microhole drilling tool under rotation conditions of the microhole drill rod, so that the technical problem of being unable to implement trajectory control in microhole drilling is solved.
