Abstract:
A microfluidic structure, a microfluidic chip, and a target particle aggregation method. The microfluidic structure comprises at least one microfluidic unit, and each microfluidic unit comprises a plurality of bending flow channels and a plurality of steering flow channels. The plurality of bending flow channels are arranged at intervals in the arrangement direction, and each steering flow channel is located between two adjacent bending flow channels and communicates the two adjacent bending flow channels; two steering flow channels communicated with one bending flow channel are respectively located at the two ends of the bending flow channel. In the arrangement direction, each bending flow channel has an opposing first side and second side, and each bending flow channel bends towards a first position located on the second side. The microfluidic structure can cause particles of two or more sizes to be focused at different locations, thereby achieving separation; moreover, the microfluidic structure further has characteristics such as large effective flow speed interval redundancy, high flow, high separation efficiency, simplicity in manufacturing, ease of operation, not being susceptible to impurity interference, not being sensitive to structural dependence, high robustness, etc.
