Abstract:
A micro-leakage testing method for a dental implant system applicable to the field of dental implants. A dental implant system (300) is tested by using a test device, and the micro-leakage testing method for a dental implant system comprises: step 1, injecting a dye solution into an inner cavity (311) of the dental implant system (300); step 2, inserting an abutment (320) into the inner cavity (311), and allowing a central screw (330) to penetrate through a screw channel (321) and then to be connected to the inner cavity (311); step 3, mounting an implant (310) on a dental implant system clamp (100) of the test device, mounting the dental implant system clamp (100) in an accommodation space (210), and adding water into the accommodation space (210) to immerse the implant (310) and the abutment (320); step 4, measuring the mass concentration of the dye solution in the water by using a spectrophotometer, and recording the mass concentration as b; step 5, the test device performing fatigue test on the dental implant system (300); and step 6, measuring the mass concentration of the dye solution in the water by using the spectrophotometer, and recording the mass concentration as c. According to the micro-leakage testing method for the dental implant system, the leakage condition of a connection interface of the dental implant (310) and the abutment (320) under the action of continuously circulating occlusal force can be tested.
