Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a micro-cavity liquid phase shear apparatus for quasi-two-dimensional material preparation, which comprises a moving disc system, a stationary disc system, a material liquid outer circulation system, a driven gear system and a material tub; the moving disc system comprises a moving disc and a driving gear, the moving disc is arranged within the material tub, the driving gear is mounted on an inner side of a lower recess of the moving disc, and the driven gear is meshed with an outer side of the driving gear; the stationary disc system comprises a stationary disc and a stationary disc frame, the stationary disc comprises an annular stationary disc disc surface, and the stationary disc disc surface is placed in parallel above a moving disc disc surface; an inner cavity of the lower recess of the moving disc is a first level shear cavity, an annular micro-gap between the stationary disc disc surface and the moving disc disc surface is a second level shear micro-cavity, and material liquid successively undergoes first level shearing by the moving disc system in the first level shear cavity and second level shearing in the second level shear micro-cavity, and then flows back into the material tub. In the present invention, a micro-cavity structure formed from the moving and stationary disc systems ensures a near-laminar flow form of movement of a multiphase fluid, and capacitive micro-distance measurement in combination with a precise differential screw apparatus allows sensible micro-cavity gap configuration for different materials.
