Abstract:
A mica tape (1) which is capable of being wound at any length in an ultra-wide manner and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (a) respectively unrolling mica paper (11) and a reinforcing material (12); (b) gluing the reinforcing material (12), and compounding the glued reinforcing material with the mica paper (11), the amount of glue being controlled by means of a metering rod, so as to obtain composite paper; (c) sequentially carrying out drying, curing and rolling treatments on the composite paper to obtain a mica tape blank; (d) cutting the mica tape blank into mica tape reels of a required width; (e) treating the mica tape reels obtained in step (d) by means of an automatic deviation correction device, a constant tension control device and a rolling deviation correction device, and then winding the mica tape reels into mica tape rolls (2) by means of a coiling device; (f) connecting the mica tape rolls (2) obtained in step (e) end to end; and (g) repeating steps (e) and (f) to meet the production requirement of any length.
