Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for treating a waste circuit board by means of a continuous copper smelting process. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treating a waste circuit board; (2) batching and conveying; (3) side-blowing smelting; (4) top-blowing blowing; and (5) flue gas treatment. In the present invention, the waste circuit board is treated by using a side-blowing smelting-multi-spray gun top-blowing blowing process, and continuous treatment of the waste circuit board is achieved. The method has the advantages of strong raw material adaptability, high treatment efficiency, low energy consumption, a high metal recovery rate, environmental friendliness and the like. In addition, when crude copper is granulated, leached and subjected to electrowinning, a recycling period of dilute noble metal can be effectively shortened, and the economic benefit is greatly improved.
