Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for treating high-concentration fermentation by-products generated in an amino acid fermentation process. The present invention, which is a method for treating high-concentration fermentation by-products generated in an amino acid fermentation process, comprises: a decomposition step (S10) of injecting the fermentation by-products and high-temperature aerobic microorganisms into a decomposition tank equipped with a heating means; and a separation step (S20) of separating filtrate and sludge produced by reaction of the high-temperature aerobic microorganisms and the fermentation by-products in the decomposition step (S10).
