Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of optical communication. Disclosed is a method for OLT loopback detection in a GPON system. The method comprises: S1, initializing a packet receiving processing task of the CPU of an OLT device, so as to perform packet receiving of a message, and recognizing whether the received message is a two-layer study mac address flapping message, if so, proceeding to S2, and if not, ending; S2, initializing a two-layer study processing task of the OLT device, and copying the message to the CPU of the OLT device while enabling loopback of the two-layer study mac address flapping detection; S3, performing polling of whether the two-layer study mac address flapping message is received, if so, proceeding to S4, and if not, repeating S3; and S4, performing alert processing. Further disclosed in the present invention is a system for OLT loopback detection in a GPON system. The present invention effectively detects loopback in the GPON system.
