Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method, performed by at least one processor, for matching a three-dimensional model and street view data. The method for matching a three-dimensional model and street view data comprises the steps of: receiving a three-dimensional model of a specific area, the model including texture information and three-dimensional geometric information represented with an absolute coordinate location; receiving a plurality of street view image data of the specific area including street view images captured at a plurality of nodes in the specific area and pieces of absolute coordinate location information about the plurality of street view images with first accuracy; and estimating absolute coordinate location information and orientation information about the plurality of street view images with second accuracy on the basis of the three-dimensional model and street view data. The second accuracy is higher than the first accuracy.
