Abstract:
A method, system and device for controlling charging/discharging of a distributed energy-storage device. The method comprises: respectively quantifying supplied and demanded resources of a distributed energy-storage device, supplied and demanded resources of a distributed photovoltaic device, supplied and demanded resources of a distributed combined heat and power device, and supplied and demanded resources of a distributed boiler, so as to obtain quantification results of distributed energy-storage supplied and demanded resources (S1); acquiring the amount of free energy-storage resources submitted by a user that has surplus energy-storage resources (S2); pushing to the user a cloud energy-storage resource price of an actual operation day, and acquiring the demanded amount of cloud energy-storage resources submitted by the user (S3); and matching the amount of free energy-storage resources with the demanded amount of cloud energy-storage resources, so as to obtain the actual charging/discharging power of the distributed energy-storage device (S4).
