Abstract:
In a method for designing an RNA therapeutic agent, a non-target analysis module receives a target mRNA associated with causing a particular disease and selects mRNAs having gene expression patterns similar to the pattern of the target mRNA as a plurality of non-target mRNAs among plurality of mRNAs in human body, and a base sequence generation module determines the base sequence of an RNA therapeutic agent which greatly inhibits the activity of the target mRNA while minimally inhibiting the activity of the plurality of non-target mRNAs.
