Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and system for constructing a dynamic gene regulatory network, and a computer device, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program. The method comprises: constructing a plurality of single-cell pseudo-time differentiation trajectories on the basis of single-cell transcriptome data of a plurality of single cells; determining a dynamic change gene in a target pseudo-time differentiation trajectory on the basis of the plurality of single-cell pseudo-time differentiation trajectories; constructing an initial static gene interaction network on the basis of the dynamic change gene; and performing inspection on the basis of the initial static gene interaction network to obtain a dynamic gene regulatory network. According to the method, a key gene regulatory mechanism corresponding to cells in different differentiation stages can be quickly determined, and the real dynamic change condition of a gene regulatory relationship in a biological process is reflected.
