Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for separating various high-purity unsaturated fatty acids in Torreya grandis seed oil. The method solves the problems of sole fraction and high cost in the prior art. The scheme disclosed herein adopts an alkali solution to hydrolyze the sample. The hydrolyzed sample is acidified and then directly extracted to give a crude extract. By means of one countercurrent chromatographic separation, the separation and purification of various unsaturated fatty acids such as sciadonic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and eicosadienoic acid in Torreya grandis seed oil are achieved, thereby effectively shortening the time for separation and preparation. The method features cost-efficiency and ease and reliability to operate, and provides technical support for the development and utilization of the unsaturated fatty acids in Torreya grandis seed oil, thus possessing good application prospects.
