Abstract:
A method for separating and recovering bromine from circuit board incineration ash using a two-step process belonging to the field of comprehensive recovery of valuable elements from ash using full-wet processes. The method particularly relates to a method for efficient separation of bromine salts and separation and extraction of lead and zinc from circuit board incineration ash by using two alkali leaching processes. The method mainly comprises steps such as one sodium hydroxide alkali leaching process, two sodium peroxide alkali leaching processes, stepwise pH adjustment using industrial sulfuric acid, separation and extraction of lead and zinc, bromine salt evaporation and crystallization to recover crude bromine salt. Compared with the traditional ash comprehensive recovery process, the technology uses dissolution of bromine salts, lead and zinc by sodium hydroxide and strong oxidation in an alkali environment of sodium peroxide to oxidize and leach bromine-containing substances such as cuprous bromide, and realizes efficient leaching of bromide salt, lead and zinc by means of a two-step process, while enriching noble metals such as silver. This is advantageous for the subsequent recovery of noble metals, and the method has characteristics such as short process and no emission of tail liquid.
