Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for a registration, authentication, and inquiry service for an animal nose pattern using a terminal having a camera attached thereto, the method using a terminal including a smartphone having a camera attached thereto or built therein to capture, via a camera, an unique nose pattern engraved on the surface of a nose of an animal such as a dog, a cat, a cow, or a horse, and register and store the nose pattern of the corresponding animal in a database, provide an animal authentication service on the basis of the registered and stored nose pattern, or provide an inquiry service for the nose pattern on the basis of nose pattern data registered and stored in the database.
