Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for reducing red mud efflorescence and, more particularly, comprises the steps of: preparing red mud generated during the aluminum hydroxide manufacturing process; and adding an organic acid to the red mud and mixing same, wherein the efflorescence of the red mud is reduced by the organic acid.
