Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of aluminum electrolysis, and provides a method for reducing perfluorocarbon emissions from aluminum electrolysis. The method comprises: placing aluminum oxide into an electrolyzer having set parameters for aluminum electrolysis, and regulating feeding parameters of the aluminum oxide to obtain an electrolyte; and adding set contents of LiF, KF, MgF2 and CaF2 into the electrolyte, and regulating the molar ratio of NaF to AlF3 in the electrolyte so as to reduce perfluorocarbon emissions from aluminum electrolysis.
