Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of recycling of glass products, and in particular, to a method for recycling a polymer material-containing glass product without separation, and a sheet. The glass product is made by bonding several glass sheets and a polymer material. In the present invention, the glass product is first rolled and thinned for many times, so that the glass sheets are crushed and sharp corners on the surfaces of the glass particles are removed; then a predetermined filling material is added to the surface of the glass product obtained after crushing the glass and removing the sharp corners; then heating is performed to foam the polymer material in the glass product, so that the glass particles and the filling material are combined with the foamed polymer material; finally, cooling is carried out to obtain a sheet containing the glass particles and the filling material. In the present invention, a non-separated glass product is used as a raw material, and sheets containing glass particles and a filling material, such as hard water-absorbent floor mats or heat-resistant bricks and heat-resistant plates, can be directly manufactured; the manufacturing cost is low, the defects of time consumption and energy consumption in manufacturing hard water-absorbent floor mats or heat-resistant bricks and heat-resistant plates in the prior art are overcome, and the present invention has great practical value.
