Abstract:
A method for recovering phosphite ions in wastewater, comprising preparation of modified magnesium iron hydrotalcite and adsorption of phosphite ions. The modified magnesium iron hydrotalcite is prepared by dissolving Mg2+ and Fe3+ in deionized water, then adding TiCl4, then adding NaOH to adjust a pH value to 11-12, carrying out hydrothermal treatment to obtain an intermediate, and carrying out high-temperature calcination in a nitrogen atmosphere to prepare TiO2 modified hydrotalcite. According to the TiO2 modified magnesium iron hydrotalcite prepared by the present invention, TiO2 is efficiently and uniformly distributed in a layered structure of magnesium iron hydrotalcite, the adsorption activity of the magnesium iron hydrotalcite is improved, the adsorption amount of phosphite ions reaches 157.4 mg/g, and the equilibrium adsorption time is merely 30 minutes; under the condition that a large quantity of interfering ions are present, the adsorption stability is excellent, and the adsorption performance is kept stable and does not descend in a cyclic use process.
