Abstract:
A method for recovering lead from CRT lead-containing glass by means of a fuming furnace. The method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing lead-containing glass; 2) material mixing, which involves: mixing the crushed CRT lead-containing glass particles with copper smelting slag tailings and white stone; (3) smelting in a fuming furnace, which involves: sending the mixed material into the fuming furnace for melting, blowing air and pulverized coal into the fuming furnace for smelting, so as to produce lead-containing flue gas and furnace slag; and 4) recovery of waste heat, which involves: sending the lead-containing flue gas into a waste heat boiler, recovering the waste heat from the lead-containing flue gas for power generation, so as to obtain lead-containing flue dust. The method effectively recovers lead from CRT lead-containing glass, improves the recovery rate of lead in CRT lead-containing glass, and achieves the recycling treatment of CRT lead-containing glass; and the mixed material in the method is subjected to a process of direct smelting in a fuming furnace, and the operation steps of first carrying out oxidization smelting and then reduction smelting are not required, thereby greatly simplifying the recovery process of lead, shortening the recovery period of lead, and reducing the recovery cost of lead.
