Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for rapidly freezing a pipe including the step of rapidly wrapping the periphery of the pipe with a cooling coil. The method for rapidly freezing a pipe includes the steps of: arranging a cooling coil extended for conducting a refrigerant so as to form a freezing zone by bending the cooling coil without producing any blocked region; fixing the cooling coil to be arranged on one side of a cover sheet with at least one part of the freezing zone overlapping the cover sheet; wrapping the periphery of the pipe with the cover sheet so as to make the cooling coil of the freezing zone contact the periphery of the pipe; and connecting both ends of the cooling coil to a refrigerant cooling apparatus so as to conduct the refrigerant through the cooling coil, thus freezing the inside of the pipe overlapped by the freezing zone.
