Abstract:
A method for pyroenrichment of platinum-group metal (PGMs) in an aluminum-based waste catalyst. A CaO-Al203-Fe203-B203 slag system is used, and high-efficiency enrichment of a platinum-group metal is implemented by means of slag iron separation, preventing a CaO-MgO-Al203-Si02 slag system from generating an insoluble platinum-group metal-ferrosilicon alloy, improving the rate of platinum-group metal recovery.
