Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method which is for producing a microscopic sample and can substantially uniformize a sealing thickness. The microscopic sample has: a substrate; a sample disposed on the substrate; a filling layer which covers the sample; and a protective layer which covers the sample and the filling layer. On a first plane of a first pressing member having the first plane, a laminate of the substrate, the sample, the filling layer, and the protective layer is provided. In addition, while a second plane of a second pressing member having the second plane is provided in parallel with the first plane, the laminate disposed on the first plane is pressed on the second plane in the normal direction of the first plane.
