Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing microparticles. The method for producing microparticles can produce microparticles having a uniform size and a narrow density range. Therefore, the method for producing microparticles may exhibit a higher production yield than conventional methods for producing microparticles. The microparticles have a lower density than water and a very narrow density range, and thus, when used as a microcarrier, make it possible to culture cells highly efficiently without rising to the surface of a culture medium during the cell culture process, and can be easily separated and recovered after the culture process.
