Abstract:
In this method for producing a magnetic body-incorporating substrate 1, a substrate 2 and a magnetic sheet 3 are prepared. The substrate 2 has a first main surface 21, a second main surface 22 that is on the reverse side of the first main surface 21, and a through hole 20 that penetrates the substrate 2 from the first main surface 21 to the second main surface 22. The magnetic sheet 3 is obtained by forming a magnetic resin composition 30, which contains a magnetic powder and a thermosetting resin, into a sheet shape. A multilayer body 4 is obtained by superposing the magnetic sheet 3 on the first main surface 21 of the substrate 2. The through hole 20 is filled with the magnetic resin composition 30 by hot pressing the multilayer body 4 at a reduced pressure.
