Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing 7-hydroxybutylphthalide by means of fermentation of Penicillium vulpinum. In this method, an NCC3421 strain is used, formulas, process parameters, and the like of a shake flask seed culture solution, a primary tank seed solution, and a fermentation culture medium are specially designed, and particularly, high-phosphorus organic nitrogen sources such as fish meal and a corn steep liquor are added in a shake flask seed culture medium, thereby shortening the spore germination time and effectively improving the propagation activity of seed flask hyphae, such that the fermentation level of the strain is efficiently expressed, and a reasonable seeding-amount-operable seeding technology is realized in the subsequent industrial amplification production. The method of the present invention greatly improves the yield of 7-hydroxybutylphthalide synthesized by means of fermentation of the NCC3421 strain, and the fermentation level based on a 2 m3 fermentation tank reaches 5,000-10,250 μg/mL.
