Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a spherical solid defoamer by using a micro-channel. The method comprises: using three fluid components, that is, an oil-phase defoamer composition, a water-phase chitosan solution, and an oil-phase emulsifier; by means of a double T-shaped micro-channel device, using microfluidic technology to prepare an O/W/O emulsion; and then combining photoinitiation technology, and preparing a continuous and uniform spherical chitosan encapsulated solid defoamer product. The wrapping performance of chitosan during the use of a defoamer has a slow release performance, ensuring that the defoamer has excellent foam-inhibiting performance at a later stage; meanwhile, microfluidic technology can achieve a continuous production process, avoiding intermittent operation, and improving production efficiency.
