Abstract:
A sectional-type high abrasion resistant double-layered straight pipe and a method for preparing same. The double-layered straight pipe comprises a protective outer pipe (1) and a sectional-type abrasion resistant inner pipe (3). The protective outer pipe (1) is nested outside of the sectional-type abrasion resistant inner pipe (3); the sectional-type abrasion resistant inner pipe (3) comprises at least two abrasion resistant inner pipe sections; and the abrasion resistant inner pipe sections are connected sequentially. The sectional-type abrasion resistant inner pipe (3) at least comprises a left inner pipe section (3-2), a right inner pipe section (3-4), and one or more middle inner pipe section (3-3). The abrasion straight pipe can greatly prolong the service life of the pipeline so that the cost performance of the pipeline is increased by more than a few times. It would also easily achieve mass production, the quality is stable and reliable, and the safety performance is high.
