Abstract:
A method for preparing particles through spray drying, liquid nitrogen quick freezing, and vacuum freeze drying, comprising the following steps: a feed liquid is fed into a preheated spray tower, the feed liquid is atomized by an atomizer in the tower to form liquid droplets, dispersed air is introduced into the top of the tower, and the dispersed air disperses the atomized liquid droplets; hot air is introduced into the top of the tower, and the liquid droplets are dried by the hot air and then partially form semi-dry particles; and the semi-dry particles fall into a cooling pool below the spray tower from the bottom of the tower, and after being frozen, the particles are quickly transferred into a freeze drying device for freeze drying. Compared with direct freeze-drying of the feed liquid, the drying time is shortened by at least 30%, and the prepared particles are high in density and strong in controllability; and compared with direct spray drying, the water content of the particles prepared according to the method is reduced to about 5%, the fluidity of the particles is good, and the survival rate of the probiotic powder is improved by more than 50%.
