Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an organic carboxylic ester by means of combinatorial catalysis with an aryl bidentate phosphine ligand. The method comprises subjecting a terminal olefin, carbon monoxide and an alcohol to hydroesterification under the action of combined catalyst of a palladium compound/an aryl bidentate phosphine ligand/an acidic additive to form an organic carboxylic ester with one more carbon than the terminal olefin. The above combined catalyst has a good catalytic activity and selectivity for hydroesterification of the olefin, and can efficiently catalyze the carbonylation of an olefin in order to synthesize the organic carboxylic ester. The aryl bidentate phosphine ligand has both the rigid skeleton structure of a rigid ligand and the flexibility of a flexible ligand, and the property "flexibility with rigidity therein" imparts an appropriate flexibility to the ligand, which is beneficial to forming the most advantageous coordination mode in space and a relatively stable active structure. Furthermore, the aryl bidentate phosphine ligand has the advantages of a high stability, a simple and convenient synthetic method, etc. The present invention provides a new industrial technology for the production of organic carboxylate compounds.
