Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing a mesenchymal stem cell (MSC), a mesenchymal stem cell, and use thereof. According to the method, a trophoblast stem cell (TSC) is obtained by means of inducing EPSC differentiation, and TSC differentiation is further induced to obtain a mature and stable MSC, such that the MSC yield is greatly improved. The MSC obtained by means of the differentiation in the present invention proliferates rapidly with a doubling time of about 1.5 days, and after the continuous passage is performed 16 times or more, the expression level of a surface marker of the MSC is still kept normal. The EPSC-derived MSC can be prepared in a large amount by means of the passage. In addition, the MSC prepared from the present invention has the capability of secreting FGF4 at a high level, and is conducive to being developed into a cell therapeutic agent for treating type 2 diabetes.
