Abstract:
A method for preparing an iron phosphate powder by means of microporous filtration and concentration. The method comprises: putting raw materials into a reaction kettle (1) for reaction and nucleation, making a mother liquor produced after the reaction of the raw materials enter a filtration and concentration machine (2), and controllably starting a stirring shaft (8) to drive an upper stirring blade (9) and a lower stirring blade (10) to rotate to crush scaling; after filtrate valves (16) of filtrate pipes (14) of both an upper microporous filter pipe group (11) and a lower microporous filter pipe group (12) are started, sequentially opening and closing the filtrate valves (16) of the upper microporous filter pipe group (11) and the lower microporous filter pipe group (12) for the same time period, wherein in each period, one of the upper microporous filter pipe group (11) and the lower microporous filter pipe group (12) is in a state of reopening a filtrate; and returning a filtered slurry to the reaction kettle (1) by means of a slurry circulating pipe (4) to continue crystal growth, and extracting an iron phosphate powder by means of a solid product.
