Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing iron phosphate and by-producing a fertilizer by using ammonium phosphate. A granulation device for by-production of the fertilizer in the present invention comprises a housing having an accommodating space, the accommodating space of the housing being sequentially divided from top to bottom into a granulation chamber, a screening chamber and a material temporary storage chamber; a blowing assembly being arranged between the granulation chamber and the screening chamber; a vibrating screen capable of vertically reciprocating displacement being arranged between the screening chamber and the material temporary storage chamber; and the material temporary storage chamber being communicated with a material discharging pipe. An end cover is further detachably arranged on the upper end of the housing; a plurality of spraying devices used for spraying a molten material into the housing are arranged on the end cover; and the end cover is further communicated with an exhaust pipe. The blowing assembly comprises a plurality of distribution pipes which are arranged in a staggered manner and are communicated with each other, the upper ends of the distribution pipes being communicated with a plurality of blast pipes, and an air feeding pipe being communicated with one ends of the distribution pipes. The present invention can increase the removal rate of acid-insoluble substances in phosphate concentrate and further increase the quality of nitrophosphate prepared as a byproduct.
