Abstract:
A method for preparing a ginsenoside preparation by using bioengineering technology, the method comprising: (1) selecting a composite biological enzyme preparation, which is prepared by means of fermentation via the combined bacteria of saccharomycetes and lactic acid bacteria; and (2) directly heating the biological enzyme preparation in step (1); or after syrup is added, stirring same until uniform, and heating and concentrating same to prepare a ginsenoside preparation.
