Abstract:
A method for preparing controlled-release antibacterial packaging fiber membrane with intelligent response to pH. The steps thereof comprise: dissolving Eudragit L100-55 in an ethanol-water solution, adding any one of citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium carbonate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate thereto, and blending same to obtain a shell layer solution; then dissolving a plant essential oil in an organic solvent for dilution, and stirring same until uniform to obtain a core layer solution; and by using the shell layer solution and the core layer solution as spinning solutions, carrying out spinning by using a coaxial electrospinning technique, setting the pushing rate of the shell layer solution to be larger than that of the core layer solution, and collecting same by means of a rotary drum by using tin foil paper as a receiving substrate, to obtain a nanofiber membrane, namely the controlled-release antibacterial packaging fiber membrane with intelligent response to pH. The prepared fiber membrane is safe and non-toxic, and can be in direct contact with food; and by means of the "on-demand" release of antibacterial components, the utilization efficiency of the antibacterial components is maximized, and the safety and quality of food are ensured without weakening the antibacterial effect.
