Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of production processes of foods and pharmaceutical chemicals and provides a method for preparing a chayote extract. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding water into chayote powder, and adding a pretreatment agent polyoxyethylene-p-t-octylphenol to obtain a pretreated mixture; S2, adding a stabilizer and a cellulase into the pretreated mixture, carrying out enzymolysis treatment, and centrifuging to obtain a crude extract solution; and S3, concentrating the crude extract solution to obtain a concentrated solution, and purifying and drying the concentrated solution to obtain the chayote extract. By means of the described technical solution, the problems of low flavone content and poor stability in the chayote extract in the prior art are solved.
