Abstract:

Provided are a genetically engineered feeder cell expressing CD19 and at least one molecule that stimulates immune cell activation, a method for preparing the genetically engineered feeder cell, and use of the genetically engineered feeder cell for amplifying an NK cell. Also provided are a method for preparing and amplifying a humanized anti-CD19 CAR-NK cell, a universal humanized CD19 CAR-NK cell obtained by means of the method, and use thereof in clinical treatment of a tumor expressing CD19.
