Abstract:
Provided is a method for predicting the impurity concentration of molten iron, whereby the precision of predicting the impurity concentration of molten iron that will become a tramp element can be improved in refining molten iron using an electric furnace. According to the method for predicting the impurity concentration of molten iron to be refined in an arc electric furnace facility after refining, at least one among the amount of each of a plurality of iron-based scraps which are divided by type, the impurity concentration of the molten iron in the precedent charge, the remaining amount of molten iron in the precedent charge, and the market transaction price information of the impurities is input to an impurity concentration prediction model, and the impurity concentration of the molten iron in the subsequent charge is output.
