Formula of the utility model

1. The method of product packaging includes placing products in a polypropylene film and sealing it on both sides of the product; it is characterized by the fact that the polypropylene film is used in the form of a seamless bag, and before placing the product in it, a self-adhesive paper with an image of the label is pasted on one side of the seamless bag.

2. The method of packaging products according to item 1, which is characterized by the fact that the seamless package is transparent, or white, or metallic in color.

Description:
The method of packaging of products

The utility model belongs to the field of packaging of small food and non-food products and can be used to form a pouch for storage and retail sale of food and nonfood products, including souvenir products.

Many types of wrappers for small food products are known from the state of the art, and the flow-pack packaging method is the closest technical solution to the proposed utility model https://www.upakovka.com.ua/ukr/item/flow-pack/sl08. According to this method product are packed in a film with a product label already printed on it. The disadvantage is that when using this method of packaging, it is necessary to print images on film in large quantities.

The utility model is based on the task of creating such a technologically simple way of packaging products that would eliminate the need for printing on the film the products are packaged in.

The set task is solved as follows. The method of product packaging includes placing products in a polypropylene film and sealing it on both sides of the product, in accordance with the utility model, the polypropylene film is used in the form of a seamless transparent, or white, or metallic colored bag, and before placing the product in it, a self-adhesive paper with an image of the product label is pasted on one side of the seamless bag.

The proposed method is cheap due to the absence of such a technological process as printing on film. This method of product packaging is technologically simple and enables quick manual packaging of products of different sizes, in small quantities (from 1 piece) in a wrapper, which allows the use of finished products as POST materials. According to the information available to the Applicant, the proposed set of features that characterize the essence of the utility model is unknown from the state of the art, and therefore the utility model meets the criterion of novelty.

Photo 1 shows strips of finished products in packaged form

The photo 2 shows the finished packaged products.

The proposed method of product packaging is carried out as follows.

The operator must have the following equipment and materials for product packaging:

1. A seamless package made of polypropylene film with a density of 20-30 microns of various widths, depending on the size of products being packed. The film can be of three types: Transparent one, metallic one or white one (“pearls”);

2. Strips of self-adhesive paper with a one-sided adhesive layer protected with a backing with a full-color image of the product label;

3. Impulse desktop sealer;

4. Zigzag scissors.

The operator sticks a strip of self-adhesive paper onto one side of seamless polypropylene bag. Then, by means of using markings for dividing the layouts placed on the self-adhesive paper, with the help of an impulse sealer, he/she makes the first transverse seam on the opposite side of the opening of the package. After opening the package, the operator puts the products in it and, using an impulse sealer he/she makes two seams in a row, forming the wrapper of one product unit and the first seam of the next product unit. Such operations are repeated depending on the number of layouts on the strip of self-adhesive paper. In this way, a strip of finished products is formed in a packaged form along the entire length of the package (Photo 1). After that, using zigzag scissors, the operator cuts the packaged products from both sides, thus forming a unique appearance of the finished packaged products (Photo 2) The number of finished products after operations is equal to the number of models on the strip.

This example of implementation of the utility model is not the only one and it never limits the number of possible variants of packaging products using this method, but only explains the features of the solution outlined in the formula.

The utility model described above can be manufactured in an industrial setting. Thus, the proposed technical solution meets the criterion of industrial suitability and, in general, it can be protected with a patent of Ukraine for a utility model.
