Abstract:
A method for minimally invasive repair and rapid replacement of underground drainage pipes, relating to the technical field of underground pipe repairs and sequentially comprising: determining a defective pipe section, performing review using a CCTV detector, positioning the pavement corresponding to the defective pipe section, drilling to remove structural layers above the pipe, manually excavating the soil around the pipe, removing the defective section of the pipe, replacing with a new pipe and performing correction under CCTV monitoring, sealing the junction between the new and old pipes firmly, filling the surrounding area of the pipe with foamed concrete, restoring the pavement base layers by backfilling layer by layer and compacting, reviewing the repaired pipe section under CCTV monitoring, and in the pipe, using an in-situ spot curing method to press the lining at the junction using repairing airbags attached with glass fiber cloth, using the CCTV to inspect and review the quality of the cured lining at the junction between the new and old pipes, and restoring other structural layers of the pavement. The present method brings little damage to the road and little impact on the traffic, and achieves high degree of mechanization, high speed, and high efficiency.
