Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for the microwave heat-assisted catalytic pyrolysis of polymer materials, the polymer materials comprising waste materials or fresh materials, and specifically, the polymer materials comprising one or a mixture of two or more of polyolefin materials, polyvinyl chloride materials, biomass materials and rubber materials. Under the conditions of normal pressure and anaerobic reaction, through the interaction of microwave heating and a catalyst, efficient catalytic pyrolysis of a polyolefin material is achieved, obtaining gas and solid residue; the gas contains components having different boiling points, and following condensation treatment, separation is performed to obtain a pyrolysis product having wax as a main component, and a gas product mainly comprising ethylene, propylene and butylene; the gas product and the pyrolysis product primarily comprising wax have relatively high added value and can be prepared into chemicals. The pyrolysis treatment process of the present invention is green, environmentally friendly, safe, and reliable, and can satisfy actual requirements. The catalyst is zinc oxide or zinc oxide/compound components; the compound components comprise one or more of activated carbon, graphite, carbon nanotubes, sodium chloride, sodium nitrate, potassium chloride and potassium nitrate.
