Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a TRC permanent formwork with a grid inner wall. The method comprises: step 1, treating a surface of a textile (2) with impregnation and abrasive blasting; step 2, installing an inner template required for the grid inner wall of a TRC permanent formwork; step 3, installing an outer template; step 4, installing the textile (2); step 5, pouring and curing high-performance fine concrete; and step 6, removing templates. After manufacturing is completed by means of the process, an inner surface (1) of the formwork has a grid characteristic, thereby forming the TRC permanent formwork with the grid inner wall. Not only can the adhesive property between the concrete and the templates and the outer mould after pouring be ensured, so that an interface therebetween is not prone to debonding and damage due to shearing, but also the weight of a traditional permanent formwork can be reduced, thereby realising the effects of lower weight and high strength during construction.
