Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transparent film having heat-insulating and heat-generating functions, and a film that insulates heat and generates heat, manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention provides a transparent film having heat-insulating and heat-generating functions, comprising: a pattern layer for endowing an adhesive function for adhesion to a glass window, and a function for insulating heat from the glass window by an air layer; a transparent heat-generating coating layer formed on a side opposite to the surface that abuts the glass window, the transparent heat-generating coating layer having a heat-generating portion formed on a transparent plate such that electric power is received through power supply lines formed on both ends of the heat-generating portion, thereby warming the indoor environment; and a substrate layer formed between the transparent heat-generating coating layer and the pattern layer so as to support the pattern layer, the substrate layer being made of a transparent resin film. The present invention is advantageous as follows: same is made of a transparent polymer resin material such that visibility from outside the glass window is secured; printing of patterns for forming a space layer with the glass window, which is for the purpose of guaranteeing heat insulation, is processed cleanly with no waste; the air layer between the patterns can be used to additionally provide a functional layer for heating the indoor environment while securing a heat-insulating performance; in order to add a heat-generating function to the heat-insulating function, a transparent heat-generating film layer is additionally formed after the pattern layer is formed; when applied to a window in winter, both a heat-insulating function and a warming function can be exhibited, thereby maximizing merits; and the transparent heat-generating film per se is provided in a transparent or semi-transparent type, thereby guaranteeing visibility.
