Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a 105°C torsion-resistant wind energy cable, comprising the following steps: 1) twisting a plurality of metal monofilament bundles to synthesize a conductor; 2) wrapping an isolation belt around the outside of the conductor in accordance with a specific capping rate; 3) wrapping an insulation material around the outside of the isolation belt using a double-layer coextrusion method, and extruding a protective sheath onto the outside of the insulation layer. The structure of the cable prepared by the present method is as follows: a conductor is formed by twisting together five types of bare copper or tinned copper monofilaments as specified in GB/T 3956; an isolation belt is wrapped around the conductor; an insulation layer is wrapped around the outside of the isolation belt; and the insulation layer wraps a protective sheath. The insulation performance and protection performance of the present cable can satisfy requirements such as temperature resistance grade, salt spray resistance, etc., of an offshore wind turbine, and rely on specific insulation materials and protective sheath materials. The present cable is designed with a specific conductor structure, such that electrical performance is satisfied while achieving a cable tensile strength, bending performance, etc., which meet the use requirements of an offshore wind turbine.
