Abstract:
Provided are a method for manufacturing a toothbrush formed of wood/bamboo material by using a laser, and a product manufactured using same. The method for manufacturing a toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of processing bristle-transplanting holes, by a hole processor, in a head portion of the toothbrush formed of a wood material by using one or more laser output devices each outputting a laser to a target point a preset number of times per minute; and a step of transplanting, by a bristle processor, bristles into the processed bristle-transplanting holes. As such, the step of processing the bristle-transplanting holes is carried out by using the laser, and thus, high productivity can be ensured even when toothbrushes are manufactured by using wood/bamboo. Also, the bristle-transplanting holes having various diameters, various shapes, and certain inclinations are processed by adjusting a transport passage, an output intensity, and an output time of the laser without using additional equipment or replacing components, and thus, Momehim intensity of a certain level or greater can be ensured in the quality of the manufactured toothbrush. In addition, by maintaining a distance between a bristle-planting processing means and the surface of the head portion of the toothbrush within a preset range, defective transplanting of bristles can be prevented.
