Abstract:
A method of manufacturing resin coiled springs with different lengths by mutually overlapping
a plurality of spring units with each other. The method comprises a step of integrally
molding a spring unit (2) having a coil part (2a) with a plurality of coil members
(2c) and ring-shaped support parts (2b) disposed on both sides of the coil part
and connected to the end parts of the plurality of coil members by using a synthetic
resin and a step of mutually overlapping the plurality of molded spring units
(2) with each other. A resin coiled spring (1) is formed by mutually overlapping
the plurality of spring units (2) having the coil parts (2a) with the plurality
of coil members (2c) and the ring-shaped support parts (2b) disposed on both sides
of the coil parts and connected to the end parts of the plurality of coil members
to each other, and formed integrally with each other by using the synthetic resin.
